1. Acceptance

By accessing or using BeyazYakalıdan, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. LinkedIn-only accounts

The platform requires LinkedIn sign-in. You must use your own LinkedIn account and keep your profile information accurate. If LinkedIn provides current workplace data, that data may be used as the authoritative company information for marketplace trust and filtering.

3. Marketplace role

BeyazYakalıdan provides listing, discovery, messaging, and company-filtering tools. Unless expressly stated otherwise, BeyazYakalıdan is not the seller, buyer, broker, escrow provider, payment processor, or logistics provider for listed products.

4. Listings

• You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, ownership, condition, price, and photos of your listings.
• Listings must not include illegal, unsafe, counterfeit, stolen, misleading, or third-party rights-infringing products.
• BeyazYakalıdan may remove, hide, limit, or review listings that violate these terms or create platform risk.

5. Buyer and seller responsibility

Users are responsible for evaluating counterparties, product condition, price, delivery, payment, tax, warranty, and return matters. Meet and transact carefully; do not share sensitive payment or identity data through messages.

6. Company filters and trust signals

Company filters are designed to improve relevance and trust, but they are not a guarantee of employment status, identity, product quality, or transaction safety. We may restrict manual company changes where LinkedIn-verified workplace data is required.

7. Prohibited conduct

You must not scrape the service, spam users, impersonate others, bypass security controls, upload malicious content, manipulate company information, or use the platform for fraud, harassment, discrimination, or unlawful trade.

8. Content license

You keep ownership of the content you upload. You grant BeyazYakalıdan a limited license to host, display, resize, cache, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote your listing within the platform.

9. Availability and changes

The service may change, pause, or become unavailable. Features may be modified as the product evolves, especially LinkedIn verification, storage, messaging, and SaaS features.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, BeyazYakalıdan is not liable for user listings, user conduct, transaction disputes, loss of profit, indirect damages, or third-party service failures.
